Witch's Brew Chocolate Shake

Every cauldron needs a good brew, and this one tastes like a chocolate milkshake. It’s thick, dark and drippy, with 20g of plant protein from two scoops of Chocolate MycoProtein. It takes five minutes, and it looks like something you’d order at a haunted diner.
The secret is the rim. Spoon a little melted dark chocolate around the inside of the glass and let it run down the sides before you pour. It sets in the freezer while the blender does the rest.
Why you’ll love it
- Fast. Five minutes, one blender, no cooking.
- Thick and creamy. A frozen banana gives it real milkshake texture.
- Kid approved. Gummy worms and candy eyes do the decorating for you.
Tips and swaps
- Want it darker? Black cocoa gives it that midnight, potion-black color. Regular cocoa works great too.
- No banana? Use 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice or a few extra ice cubes and a spoonful of nut butter.
- Grown-up version. Add a shot of cold espresso for a spooky mocha shake.
Make it extra spooky
Serve it in a clear glass so the chocolate drips show, add a striped paper straw, and let a gummy worm climb out over the edge. For a party, blend a double batch and pour it into small cups as “potion shots.”
