Refunds and returns

The 45-Day Grow On You Guarantee

If MycoProtein hasn't grown on you within 45 days of delivery, email hello@chagaroot.com with your order number and we'll refund the purchase price of your first bag, even if it's opened.

• One guarantee refund per customer.
• Shipping costs aren't refundable.
• Subscription orders can be skipped, paused or cancelled anytime before the next renewal.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it at no cost.

How refunds work

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to show it.
