These terms apply to your use of chagaroot.com and any purchase you make from us. ChagaRoot is a brand of Saraya USA, Inc. ("ChagaRoot," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy, shipping policy and refund policy.
1. Using the site
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to buy from us. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its security or use it for anything unlawful.
2. Products and information
We work to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate, but errors can happen. We may correct errors, change prices or stop selling a product at any time. MycoProtein is a dietary supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read the label before use and talk to your doctor if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.
3. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may limit or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or intended for resale. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you. Prices are in US dollars and taxes are calculated at checkout.
4. Subscriptions
Subscribe & Save orders renew automatically at the frequency you choose, charged to your saved payment method at the subscription price shown when you subscribed. You can skip, pause or cancel anytime from your account before your next renewal.
5. Discounts and promotions
Discount codes are limited to one per order unless we say otherwise, can't be used on gift cards and may end at any time. Codes have no cash value.
6. Shipping, returns and our guarantee
Shipping is covered in our shipping policy. Returns, refunds and the 45-Day Grow On You Guarantee are covered in our refund policy.
7. Reviews and submissions
If you post a review or send us content, you give us permission to use, display and share it in connection with our business. Don't post anything false, unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights.
8. Intellectual property
The ChagaRoot name, logo, content and images on this site belong to Saraya USA, Inc. or its licensors and may not be used without our permission.
9. Third-party links and services
Our site may link to other websites and use third-party services. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the extent permitted by law, ChagaRoot and Saraya USA, Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here applies to your use of the site.
