Free shipping on orders of $75 or more

Orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States with a subtotal of $75 or more (before tax) ship free. Shipping charges for all other orders are calculated and shown at checkout.

Shipment confirmation and tracking

You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at hello@chagaroot.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it at no cost. See our refund policy for details.
